About the Accounts Workspace
The Accounts workspace is where you look up accounts, review their details, and manage their lock state. The Accounts list shows every account across each program that you can access. Each account has a detail page organized into several tabs. Use this data for day-to-day account research, transaction review, and account-level actions such as locking an account in response to suspected fraud or a compliance hold. How to find an account
You can locate an account two ways: use the global search for a direct lookup, or browse the Accounts list with filters. The global search is the fastest option when a program has a large number of accounts.1. Search for a specific account
- Click the Search icon (magnifying glass) in the top right corner of the Treasury Prime Console
- Enter the account number, account name, or account ID (e.g., acct_1234567890abcde) into the search bar
- Select the matching account from the results to open its detail page
2. Browse and filter the Accounts list
- Click Accounts in the left navigation menu
- Select Accounts from the accounts submenu
- Review the list. Each row shows the account number, account name, and account ID, along with its Source (the program the account belongs to), Account Type, Ownership Type, Status, Current Balance, and Created date.
- Narrow the list using the filters above the table:
- All Sources: Filter by the program the account belongs to
- All Types: Filter by account type (checking or savings)
- All Statuses: Filter by account status (open or closed)
- All Structures: Filter by account structure (Core or Ledger)
- All Lock States: Filter by lock state (locked or unlocked)
- Created Anytime: Filter by the date or date range the account was created
- Click any account row to open its detail page
Review account details
The account detail page organizes information into several tabs. Click a tab to switch views:- Overview: A snapshot of the account, including its balances, key account information, and recent transactions. Start here for a quick understanding of the account’s status and activity.
- Transactions: The account’s full transaction history, with the details of each posted transaction.
- Customer Details: Information about the account holder, including name and identifying details.
- Limits: The transaction and balance limits configured for the program associated with the account.
- Cards: The debit cards associated with the account, including card status and details.

Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions:- Account does not appear in search: Verify the account number, name, or ID is correct. Confirm you have access to the program the account belongs to. Searching by account ID returns the most precise match.
- Lock, Unlock, or Close action not available: Verify your role has the required permissions. Only users with the Banker Admin role can lock, unlock, or close accounts.
- Activity still posts after locking: Transactions already in flight when the account was locked may continue to settle. If unexpected activity continues, contact Treasury Prime support.
- A tab shows no data: Some tabs are empty when the account has no related records (e.g., no cards or no transactions). If you expect data that is missing, contact Treasury Prime support.
