Prerequisites
To view and manage wire transfers, you need:- Access to the Treasury Prime Console with any Banker role
- Access to the program whose wire activity you want to review
- Voiding or returning a wire requires the Banker Admin or Banker Payment Reviewer role
About the Wire page
The Wire page lists every wire transfer across the programs you can access, organized into two tabs:- Originated Wire: Outbound wire transfers sent on behalf of your programs.
- Incoming Wire: Inbound wire transfers received into your accounts.
How to navigate the wire lists
1. Open the Wire page
- Log into the Treasury Prime Console
- Click Payments in the left navigation menu
- Select Wire from the payments submenu
2. Switch between wire lists
Click a tab at the top of the Wire page to switch lists: Originated Wire or Incoming Wire. Each row summarizes a transfer, including the counterparty or receiving account, amount, status, and creation date. Click any row to open its detail page.3. Filter and search the lists
Narrow a list using the All Sources, All Statuses, and Created date filters above the table. To jump directly to a specific transfer, click the Search icon (magnifying glass) in the top right corner of the Treasury Prime Console and enter the wire ID (e.g., wire_1234567890abcde for an originated wire, or iw_1234567890abcde for an incoming wire). Select the matching result to open its detail page.Originated wires
View an originated wire
Click a transfer in the Originated Wire list to open its detail page. The current status appears in the top right corner, and the page is organized into the following sections:- Summary header: The transfer’s key facts, including the recipient, amount, wire instructions and purpose, and source.
- Originating Account and Receiving Account: The two sides of the transfer, including each account holder, account and routing numbers, and account or counterparty IDs.
- Receiving Bank: The beneficiary bank that receives the funds, including bank name and routing number.
- Wire Details: Identifying and processing details such as the wire ID, UETR, wire purpose, creation date, and any errors.
- Fedwire Message: The IMAD and OMAD Fedwire message identifiers for the wire.

Void an originated wire
Void an originated wire while it is still eligible to stop the transfer from completing.- Find the wire in the Originated Wire list or with the global search, then click it to open its detail page
- Click the wire status button (e.g., Sent) in the top right corner
- Select Void Wire Transaction from the dropdown menu
- Confirm the action in the dialog that appears
Incoming wires
View an incoming wire
Click a transfer in the Incoming Wire list to open its detail page. The current status appears in the top right corner, and the page is organized into the following sections:- Summary header: The transfer’s key facts, including the originator, amount, originator-to-beneficiary information, and source.
- Originator Details: Information about the sending party, including originator name, bank name, and account and routing numbers.
- Receiving Account Details: The account that received the funds, including account holder, account and routing numbers, and account ID.
- Incoming Wire Details: Identifying details such as the incoming wire ID, received and updated dates, and any errors.
- Fedwire Message: The IMAD and OMAD Fedwire message identifiers for the wire.

Return an incoming wire
Return an incoming wire to send the funds back to the originator.- Find the wire in the Incoming Wire list or with the global search, then click it to open its detail page
- Click the wire status button (e.g., Done) in the top right corner
- Select Return Incoming Wire from the dropdown menu
- Confirm the action in the dialog that appears
Troubleshooting
Common issues and solutions:- A wire does not appear in a list: Confirm you are on the correct tab for the transfer’s direction (originated or incoming). Adjust or clear the filters, including the Created date filter, which may exclude recent or older transfers.
- Cannot find a specific transfer: Use the global search with the transfer’s exact wire ID. Verify you have access to the program the transfer belongs to.
- Void or Return option not available: The wire may no longer be in an eligible status, or your role may not have the required permissions. Only users with the Banker Admin or Banker Payment Reviewer role can void or return wires.
